Affiliate program terms
These are the principles the program runs on. Full commercial terms are set out in the affiliate agreement provided on approval.
- Commission applies to qualifying referred business, as defined in the affiliate agreement.
- Commission eligibility requires an approved affiliate arrangement. Submitting the application form does not by itself create one.
- Self-referrals are not eligible. You may not claim commission on your own accounts or organisations you control.
- Fraudulent or spam activity is prohibited, including misleading claims about CallMangal, unsolicited bulk messaging, and artificial or incentivised sign-ups.
- Paid advertising on CallMangal brand keywords requires prior written approval.
- CallMangal may review disputed attribution and determine eligibility where a referral is unclear or claimed by more than one party.
- Payment terms are governed by the affiliate agreement, including how and when commission is calculated and paid.
- CallMangal may update these principles or end the program. Approved affiliates will be notified in line with the affiliate agreement.
